The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year — a time when the sun stands still at its highest point in the sky. For people in their 20s, life can feel the opposite: constantly shifting, full of uncertainty, new beginnings, and invisible pressure to “figure it all out.”
But this moment — right here, right now — is a powerful time to pause.
Not to plan. Not to push. Just to check in.
Below are a few reflection questions for this solstice. Use them to ground yourself, re-align your focus, and remind yourself that growth doesn’t always look linear — sometimes it just looks like being honest with where you're at.
🔆 What’s Showing Up in Your Life?
What’s feeling really real right now — good or bad?
What’s been growing in my life, even if I didn’t notice it at first?
Have I celebrated myself at all lately?
🔥 Where’s Your Energy Going?
What am I pouring myself into right now?
Is it giving back to me or just draining me?
What would it look like to protect my energy this summer?
🍂 What Needs Releasing?
What habits, people, or mindsets am I holding onto even though they’ve run their course?
Is there a version of me I’m still trying to be that no longer fits?
What do I need less of, so I can make space for more of what I actually want?
🌿 Reconnection + Gratitude
Who feels like sunlight in my life?
What small moment recently reminded me I’m alive?
What have I been too busy to appreciate?
Let this solstice be a quiet moment of truth — not about changing everything, but about noticing what’s already shifting within you. You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be here for the questions.
Your Truly,
